Zimbabwe’s Agricultural Marketing Authority will issue million in grain bills next week to buy maize from farmers. Grain bills are bonds specifically meant for purchasing maize and are guaranteed by the government. The Agricultural Marketing Authority is a government agency tasked with marketing agricultural produce. It plans to raise the money to buy the grain through another state entity, the Grain Marketing Board.
