A ridiculous celebrity swag bag stuffed with a 0 vibrator is illegally exploiting the Oscars’ buzz, according to a new lawsuit. The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences is suing marketing firm Distinctive Assets saying the company infringed on its Oscars trademark and goodwill when it announced its “unseemly” 0,000 goodie bag for nominees earlier this month.
