Parliament to resume business after court order barring debate on Shs6B oil cash is withdrawn

Members of Parliament have been recalled to resume House business effective Tuesday with committee sittings and the plenary on Wednesday.
This follows the withdrawal of the petition that led to interim court order issued by Deputy Chief Justice Steven Kavuma that had barred Parliament from debating or investigating the six billion shilling payout to 42 government officials for winning an oil tax case in London, UK.

But as Maurice Ochol reports, Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga wants the interim court order annulled word by word.
