Actually, ‘branding principles have been applied in virtually every setting where consumer choice of some kind is involved, for example with physical goods, services, retail stores, people, organisations, places or ideas’ (according to K.L. Keller and his article ‘Branding and Brand Equity’ 2002). So of course we have our party as an organization, our politicians as people and together they convey ideas.
