จากเจ้าของสินค้า หรือโฆษณาบนทีวี คนในโลกออนไลน์เชื่อถือข้อมูลจาก เพื่อน คนใกล้ชิด คอมเม้นท์บนเฟสบุ๊ค และแหล่งข้อมูลบนอินเตอร์เน็ต เพราะเขาได้รับข้อมูลเยอะมากในแต่ละวัน และไม่มีเวลาศึกษาข้อมูลที่ได้รับ
