Hipnose, PNL e coaching funcionam predominantemente como caça-níqueis para psicólogos e, para os não-psicólogos, são de modo geral uma maneira esperta de pular etapas e depois ainda ficar se exibindo como melhor do que quem fez todo o caminho das pedras, o caminho de uma formação verdadeiramente sólida e rigorosamente regulada em termos éticos e de fiscalização por pares.

E não estou falando da eficácia dessas práticas. O ponto principal desse vídeo é outro. Mesmo que esses procedimentos ou técnicas sejam eficazes, creio que alçá-los à condição de fetiche, reservando-lhes uma posição superior ao restante e imenso repertório de técnicas e procedimentos disponíveis no universo da Psicologia, é uma manobra mais de marketing, uma manobra caça-níqueis, do que de fato apontar para alternativas que possam produzir melhores resultados em relações de ajuda.

Coaching, realizado por psicólogos, é um nome gourmet para orientação psicológica ou treinamento. A hipnose é somente mais uma técnica disponível no numeroso repertório do universo da Psicologia. Não é uma abordagem, não faz sentido um psicólogo colocar sua formação, diversificada, multifacetada, em segundo plano, exibindo esses nomes da moda na frente de seu currículo. Estão na moda: isso é nítido. Possuem uma ranço de autoajuda, de misticismo de indústria do sucesso.

Esses nomes soam bem no ouvido de uma massa grande de consumidores. São mais fáceis de serem vendidos. Estão atraindo mais público. É basicamente isso. E por que isso ocorre? Não creio que seja porque seriam mais eficazes, de modo algum. Têm um apelo mais forte em termos de marketing. Só isso.

Marketing concept has changed over the decades from “production orientation era” to “marketing orientation era”.

Production Orientation Era : Companies worked on the concept of mass production and made product available at a very low cost which customers could afford. Customers preferred products which are highly affordable.

Product Orientation Era : The aim changed from production to product, i.e customers used to sell the product by labelling it by a name. For eg basmati rice,tata salt,etc.

Sales Orientation Era : Salesman used to ring the door bell to aware you about the products they have and try to convince you to take the product.

Marketing Orientation Era : here customer is the boss. Compamies created product as per the need of the customers, which made the relationship between them stronger.
