Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit für die Videos nimmst. Ich hätte eine Frage, die auch ein bisschen zum Thema des Videos zu einem Produkt, das du ansprichst, passt. Du sagst, dass ein Studium dich auf eine typische Arbeitnehmerkarriere vorbereitet. Also habe ich zumindest verstanden. Ja, das stimmt, das muss man einfach mal so sagen, in der Regel jedenfalls. Würdest du trotzdem ein Studium in Richtung Marketing, Unternehmensführung oder eventuell im Online Business sogar Web-Design, Informatik etc. empfehlen? Klar bereitet ein Studium nicht auf Selbständigkeit vor, aber ich denke schon, dass man dort sinnvollen Unterricht hat, oder? Mich würde deine Meinung dazu mal interessieren. Ich denke, dass viele deiner jüngeren Zuhörer auch Abitur machen und eventuell überlegen, ob sie mal studieren sollen. Ich selbst bin übrigens Ingenieurstudent, aber will mir nun auch nebenberuflich ein zweites Standbein aufbauen. Dafür helfen mir deine Videos wirklich. “This has really inspired me my whole family are business majors with car companies or even restaurants, with me business has been one of those things that I loved going into when I was older being an accountant or something, however art was my hobby im doing btec art atm in college and now I HATE its not something I want to carry on with in the future, im thinking to apply to a business and accounting or business degree at uni but im not sure if I would find it hard with this sudden jump, I dont know nothing about business I done it as a gcse subject which I loved and with dad and uncles who are involved with businesses I get ideas off them im currently work for a business which sells high end brands but I reallllly need helpppp like proper bad please please please can u make a video or a responce to ket me know if its a good idea with rarely and college business background without knowing rarely anythig to apply to a course like that, or if I even wnt to do a business course what courses would be best suited or anyhing im just so stressed out atm.”

I just think it’s so obvious that you know, a business is a team, by it’s very nature it’s a team – it might only have three players in it, if it’s a very small company, or it might have eleven, or fifteen, or it might have three hundred. But if you’ve got element of that team that aren’t working then the team is not, is not functioning to its maximum effect, its kind of stating the obvious you know if you’re a football coach or whatever it might be, we’re here at Lords, cricket coach. You know you need the batsmen have got to score the runs, and the bowler’s got to take the wickets if one of them doesn’t do that, you don’t win, you’re not as successful as you would like to be. Every company has batmen and bowlers and fielders and all that sort of stuff, and when all those elements work together, that’s when the company’s functioning smoothly, that’s when its going to be at it’s optimum level. I kinda think, you know, you can use as many sporting analogies as you want, but actually you almost can’t use too many, because that’s the reality of the business world, its competitive, it’s about winning and losing, if you lose you shed jobs, ultimately you close down, if you win you take on jobs, you make money, people are happier. It, you know, its its, business actually, it’s not as black and white as the results being in the paper on Monday morning, but it’s black and white in terms of the bottom line at the end of the financial year, and so I think there are very obvious analogies to make, and I think, you know, I think that’s obviously why a lot of people who move from the sporting sector to the business sector, can actually be very useful additions to companies workforce because they get that, they understand the need, that people working together actually produce a better end product.
