When I ask my retail customers or local business owners what their desired results are when it comes to marketing their business, I typically hear the same answers:Get Customers in Your Door
“I want to get traffic in my door.”
“I want the customers to come in my shop.”
Now believe me. I know A LOT of sweat and tears go into running a business — so I can totally understand the desire for providing amazing customer service and the need for getting new customers NOW.
The first thing business owners need to realize is that people aren’t dying to do business with you…yet. It is your job to give people a reason to come into your store.
