The Panama-China Trade and Investment Forum opened in Panama City on Monday to explore bilateral business opportunities.
The event took place a little over a month since the two countries established diplomatic ties.
Some 40 Chinese business leaders met with 30 of their Panamanian counterparts at the forum held in the city’s financial district.
