Batteriser Marketing Bullshit – #0082

Everyone’s already covered this topic, but I found a video that I haven’t seen anyone mention that batteriser released. It’s ridiculous.

People like Dave Jones have already covered most of the problems with the batteriser, so I skip most of that.

I did, however, notice something in their FAQ that said “No, the Batteriser sleeve is designed to deliver as much current as a battery is able to supply to the device.” Sorry, but come again? That’s complete bullshit. Fresh AA’s can supply 5-10 amps, and even a nearly dead AA can supply a whole amp. But a DC-DC converter with THAT small of an inductor/components? No way.

I also hate that their website claims a flat 80% gain without qualifying it. That’s also bullshit. At least half of the things you put batteriser in won’t get more than 30% gain at best. It really just depends on the device.

And you know what? It’s a good idea. The way they made it all fit in that tiny package is impressive. But then they ruin all that with false claims and shitty marketing. Calling a flat 80% without ANY proof, numbers, answers, etc, all while sensoring and deleting comments on videos is complete and utter horse shit. No manufacturer deletes legit comments (which is no different than setting comments to approval only) unless they have something to hide. I’ve yet to see ANY real data or answers from them. There’s probably a good reason for that. *cough cough*

Oh, and I didn’t mention in the video, but I supported their campaign so I can get some samples to test. I’ll have enough to send to people like Dave Jones if he wants in on the fun.
