Fans of gaming and lottery should treat it as a leisure activity and not a business to make money.
Manzi Tumubweine, the board chairman of Uganda National Lottery Board says people should enjoy gaming activities with sober minds, and ensure that they do not spend their money extravagantly thinking that they will win more.
