Feb. 18 — Free wifi service for all of New York City? That’s the goal of LinkNYC, a public-private partnership that’s putting up digital wifi kiosks where old payphones used to stand. Bloomberg’s Ramy Inocencio checked out one of the first locations in Midtown Manhattan.
