“Sustainable” palm oil is not vegan (it’s a marketing gimmick)

No, palm oil isn’t vegan. Yes, that includes “sustainable” palm oil, which is anything but. My intention with this video is not to point fingers, as some vegans would suggest* but merely to educate. If you are not ready to give up palm oil, fine (I’m still working on giving it up completely myself). But you’re kidding yourself if you think supporting palm production is somehow different from supporting the meat, dairy, and egg industries. They are one in the same.

P.S. The dot on my lip in the beginning of the video is a bit of a Pringle. Yes, I eat Pringles sometimes. They’re healthy and palm oil-free. Only one of those things is true.
