EVA Air has been one of my favorite airlines since I first flew with them about a year ago. They have made some service changes since then but overall they have one of the best (the best in my opinion) transpacific business class product. I have flown EVA about 5 times by now and each time the crew were consistently top notch and the catering was especially good. Even in premium economy which I will review later, I found their seats to be comfortable and the amenities adequate. I would highly recommend EVA Airways to anyone pondering a flight across the Pacific especially if towards Southeast Asia.
