Affiliate marketing as well as multi-level marketing (also referred to as MLM, network marketing and pyramid marketing) may seem like reasonably obscure terms but in fact, they’re all around us.
A lot of the products we buy online are sold by affiliates and in fact, we might have bought stuff as a result of affiliate marketing campaigns without realizing it.
The same way, huge companies such as Herbalife have a business model which is either explicitly multi-level marketing in nature or is “kinda, sorta” in the realm of MLM.
