Nous allons parler aujourd’hui des directeurs marketing dont 30% vont finir au chômage cette année.

Ce chiffre, tiré d’une étude de Forrester, peut sembler très surprenant mais s’explique par deux raisons.

La première est que les directeurs marketing n’ont pas de culture de la data. La deuxième raison est qu’il y a un réel manque de connaissance sur le design d’expérience.

Si vous êtes directeur marketing et que vous n’avez pas ces deux compétences, nous vous conseillons d’urgence de demander à votre employeur de vous inscrire dans un MBA. Vous devez donc rapidement vous décider et devenir un expert de l’expérience client.

On note également que l’on ne parle quasiment plus dans ce rapport de la communication. Le marketing mange tout, y compris la communication et la banalise.
