IL marketing ci inganna realmente o siamo noi a lasciarglielo fare? O ancora… è il risultato della società in cui viviamo, della comunicazione, dei media e delle informazioni a cui siamo sottoposti? IO vorrei sapere cosa ne pensi.
La migliore arma (se di armi si può parlare) che abbiamo è fare o no una scelta. LEGGERE le etichette è fondamentale.

Dello stesso autore sto leggendo il testo dedicato al pane, credo proprio ne parleremo in futuro.
Importante è non solo leggere il testo ma anche fare delle ricerche prendendo spunto dalle note e dalla bibliografia del libro che suggerisco.

Per quanto riguarda la biodinamica, non trovo assurdi i metodi agricoli di cui si avvale, ma “rischioso” il non sapere di cosa si tratta. Io voglio avere il potere di potere dire no. In particolare per i vegani, credo sia assolutamente indispensabile sapere di cosa si tratti, perché se io fossi vegana vorrei saperlo per esprimere la mia scelta.
