La Marketing Automation è l’implementazione dei processi di marketing online – tramite l’utilizzo di software e strumenti vari – con il fine di aumentare le vendite e raggiungere sempre più Clienti, mettendo in connessione le strategie di marketing online con quelle offline.

Non può essere considerata una definizione esaustiva, ma ci serve per inquadrare e mettere a fuoco l’argomento.
