06 tips to write effective emails – Free Business English & Spoken English Lesson.

For a thorough professional it is imperative to know how to write effective emails. The below mentioned tips will help you not only to write effectively but also to ensure that your emails are read and answered.

# Subject line-
What seems interesting to you may not be important for your reader so write a subject line which draws their interest and they are at least compelled to open the email.

# Keep the message focused-
Add an introductory line. Number your points to ensure that all are read. Write short paragraphs. Use caps only where required.

# Avoid heavy attachments-
In order to ensure that your email is delivered, avoid heavy attachments. Instead you can copy the link and paste it in the body of the text. Apparently it will help your reader and not waste their time.

# Be kind, don’t flame
While you write- Remember that everything that is written is a record. If you find yourself writing in a bad mood STOP go get yourself a cup of coffee and calm down and then write. You don’t want to let anyone get a bitter taste through your email.

# Distinguish between a formal and informal situation-
Linguistic shortcuts are generally signs of friendly intimacy. Don’t use informal language when your reader expects a formal approach.

# Proofread-
While we are all blessed with spell check, it won’t catch all the spelling errors. Therefore if your email has to be read by a superior or someone at a higher position take an extra minute to read your email thoroughly and then click send.

Step 1: Write a book.
To write the book, you don’t have to go off to the mountains in Colorado and meditate for six months. You don’t need to go live on the beach in Bali to find your muse to do this. We’re going to keep writing your first book really simple. Just write for an hour a day for two weeks. You’ll have a good amount of content, so send what you wrote to an editor and then go from there. Your book doesn’t have to be a masterpiece. It doesn’t have to be the next great American novel, but it has to do three things — it has to add value, have great insight and a really strong, unique voice. Do those three things in your book and you’re good to go.

So once you’ve written the book, Step 2: Format the book to go on Kindle.
This is easier than it sounds. Just go to YouTube.com — you’re probably here already — and search how to format a book for Kindle. Write your book in a Word file or a text editor or something like that and then find someone online for maybe on Fiverr.com to do this for you. You can even find somebody on that site to make a really professional, good-looking cover for your book.

Step 3: Publish the book on Amazon’s Kindle.
Just go to KDP.amazon.com and you can sign up right there. When you do that, be sure to enroll the book in KDP Select. That’s crucial to making the bestseller campaign work. The process of doing this is pretty self-explanatory once you get there.

Step 4: Schedule the date.
Select the date for your Amazon bestseller campaign in KDP Select. Schedule it to start at least two weeks out from now. Let it start on the weekend — a Friday or a Saturday.

Step 5: Find some promotional partners.
Since the book’s going to be free for that 5-day period, it’s going to be pretty easy to get people to help. Just send a friendly email introducing yourself, telling them what your book is about and letting them know it’s going to be free.

Step 6: Press releases.
So you want to do one before, one the day it goes free and one right before it ends. So we’re going to do one that goes out a few days before the book is actually free. So if it’s going on Saturday, have that first press release come out on a Wednesday. Again, getting something like this done if you don’t know how to do it is pretty simple. Just go to Fiverr.com.

Step 7: Join all of the free Kindle sites, blogs and Facebook groups.
There are communities of people who just follow free Kindle books, so you’ll find all kinds of Facebook groups, all kinds of blog sites and all kinds of forums where people share and publish when books like yours are going to be free. You want to join those communities and let the people running them know when your book is going to be free. They’ll promote it for you for nothing.

Step 8: Promoted Facebook post
So Day 1 of your campaign, when you’re ready to go and hit ‘launch’, do a post on Facebook on your personal or your business page (it really doesn’t matter) and promote that post. Spend , maybe or to have a plethora of people see the post about your free book.

How to Overcome Objections in Network Marketing

So this is one of the most critical and important aspect to creating success not only in network marketing but in life!

And I get the question all the time. Literally every single day.

So when Anton sent it in to askmatt@mattmorris.com, I thought this would be a great opportunity for me to share my top strategies on how to overcome objections in network marketing.

I’m going to cover the most common and difficult objections we all experience and I want you to know that these strategies are skills and while you may not be masterful at them yet, they are something you learn through repetitive action!

So I’m just going to lay out the rules for closing that have worked to overcome objection in network marketing for thousands of people including me!

Rules To Overcome Objection in Network Marketing:

1. HAVE FUN!
2. NO emotional attachment to them joining
3. Convince yourself that you LOVE to close!
4. Show them how to feel (be the leader and role model)
5. Closing starts with the invite6. Assume they are gong to get started

The 3 main questions people are thinking when they’re looking at your network marketing opportunity are:

1. Does it work?
2. Can I do it?
3. Will you help me?

Next is what do you actually say after the presentation is over.

First, STOP TALKING, start closing! Do not over sell.

This is the #1 way to force yourself into a situation that you MUST overcome objection because what you’re doing it showing them that they have to be a sales person just like you’re being at that time!

And here’s my #1 close: Get ready this is intense:

I just go up to them, give em a high five and say, “You’re in right?”

And then it’s simply about following up with the correct questions:

• Are you ready to get started?
• Do you have any questions?
• Do you have any more questions or are you ready to get started?

HINT: Use the work okay! “Let’s get you started okay?”

The #1 reason people don’t join network marketing is they’re not asked!

Just ask. Ask early, ask often. Sort don’t sell!

That’s the overview on how to overcome objection in network marketing and in the coming issues, I’m going to give you a framework to handle almost any objection, and they go through and answer each specific objection!
